DR +100 Necklace to match NOX

There's a massive amount of HR today with everyone welding HR 115+ weapons + full hero + NOX.


It would be nice to have a DR +100 necklace to counter-play the HR from NOX. This would probably drop from the same mobs that currently drop nox and with the same drop rate.

maybe just buff the actual merien neck

maybe... but then I'd expect every war using a NOX would complain about a 25c neck counteracting their 700c one

well, a 20c ma set counteracts my 1800c zw + my 150c roam

I mean the Nox is to counter-play the DR from armor sets. Next people would ask for another item to counter a DR100 necklace.
