Add a custom titles ticket into the cash shop to give yourself a custom title.
Right now everyones running around with old soul, troll lvl, etc. With a custom titles you could give your character some personal flavor or just give other people a laugh with whatever dumb shit you come up with.
Not much different from the "don't use offensive nicknames" rule tbh

Newer players are more likely to prefer titles to show off achievements, while I suppose older players don't care anymore since they have so much and just want to "troll" with some titles
Also titles are hardcoded so that they're fast, so being able to allow players to write their own title would require recoding the entire thing, which is definitely not worth it
Only issue I can see is all the racist shit people are gonna put.
