Add Info/Message tab to Guild window

Involvement in a Guild is a key factor in player activity, success and longevity, especially for new players. This suggestion would help guild members get to know each other and/or help each other more easily, would allow Guildmasters to keep track of their membership, and provide a method of in-game communication across the entire guild:

(1) Add a new tab listing ALL current guild members (regardless of online/offline status). Include the Name and Guild Rank as a minimum, and optionally any fields from the list in #2 that seem particularly useful.

(2) To the above list, add new fields, with toggles allowing the player to hide/show the various fields (as guild rules allow). Visibility of fields could be set based on guild rank (e.g., Guildsman sees Name/Rank/Gender only; Veterans see all except "Last Login Date", Guildmaster/Captain sees everything):

• Level and RB level
• Talents
  
• Character gender
• Current Profile (i.e., "/setpf")
• Last login date
  
• "A.K.A" -- the highest ranked ALT character (either on same account, or on any account registered with the same Email address).
  

(3) For the "Current Profile" field, the toggle would be "Public" or "Guild Only". This field could be particularly useful as a way for characters to communicate since the info appears even when characters are offline. This may be especially useful for Guildmasters as a way to communicate news throughout the Guild. For clarity, GuildMaster/Captian profiles could appear in a different color. Some examples below:

• "We have DC atm, ask me for party" -- could be updated as often as needed to be accurate/current. This could help minimize the (obnoxious) constant spamming "DC Ares or Elv" every 30 seconds for 12 hours.
• "New Guild item in Guild warehouse for anyone to use. Please return to GWH before logging out."
• "New recruit ImAnOoB looking for CC/CD Baxe. Drop in GWH if you have one."
• etc..
