Add HC or TW to ML gold chest pool

Add single Zerk DOMP HC or TW to pool of possible monsters that spawn with gold chest in ML. 

Right now we have Elites Monsters, 3x Zerk Ettins, Elementalist. Am I missing any?

Why not add some more fun to the mix?
