3rd talent system ... only 2 active talents at a time...
This would offer people more options for hunting/pvp and not having to "PLAY PD FENCER" to do any kind of hunting.

I think it will lead to less variety in builds actually. More people in PvE will use the most optimized spec to hunt - most people for PvP will use the most optimized spec to raid - while at the same time in those locations, you will see less variety and less non-optimized builds. This sounds nice from individual perspective, but it is bad from overall perspective
Could be a cash shop item or buyable with eks.
