Option for spell cast animation W characters

Spell cast animation for males makes the character to remain standing.

On the other hand, female characters kneel down when they cast a spell. This is unconfortamble for AMP and SERK because you can miss your body. Also, it may be harder for enemies to target female characters during casting.

I think HB shouldnt have advantages according to skins. And, although it may seem like a detail, it can make a big difference in raids.

Add an option for female characters to cast and remain standing as male characters do.
