New spell that doesn't let person casted on change armor for 30s

New rare spell book that basically doesn't let the affected person change armors for 30 seconds. Maybe 60 seconds? 

So if I have my ma set on I can't change to hp set while I'm bound by the spell.

Too many tanks in the game with 200 vit that get big boost in changing to HP set from their DR/PA/MA/MR sets. Let them feel the pain of not being able to change sets for a duration of time.
