Crusade changes

A few tweaks for crusades.

• Add the current commander's name and guild points to the crusade HUD, below HP and MP pools.
• Add a 100k exp + 10k gold + 5 contri prize for:
  • Finishing a building
  • Destroying an enemy's building
  • Killing an enemy summon unit
  • Getting an enemy kill in city or ML (just those two, the idea is to reward people actually playing the event)
• Add a building progress bar in blue, or at least a percentage status next to its name, for each building kit
• Don't allow area magic within the city (to prevent easy eks using ck or ice storm inside the portals)
