Remake Manufacturing armor

Allow users to add enchants to armors by adding a lvl 1 enchant to it, the item will have an enchant lvl 1 that you will need to enchant up as you do with current armors.

This will not replace the current armors at all as they will require a lot of investment to reach a similar power lvl, also you will not be able to create cic armor as there is no enchant for those. But higher % means better armor base stats.

This will give people something to do, reshuffling a bit of the endgame armors, it is high investment high result endeavor.

There are multiple ways to balance it:

  • restricted either a shard or frag or both depending on the resulting %, for eg. 120%+ let you add a shard and 150%+ let you add both. 
  • only frag can be added to the part ( no light or mcon armor)
  • the armor gets manufactured with random lvl 1 enchant just like drops but forced as lvl 1
  • if the armor is 200% it gets a bonus base to the enchant (+2hp rec or +2mp rec or +2dr, etc depeding on the enchant)

Personally I would just restrict it with the first option, but Cleroth can better understand the balance here.

We would need to add all armors to manu, it can be done by just replacing the weapons for plate, leggs, r.hose, r.mail etc.
