Disable CTRL + ESC combination

As mages, sometimes we wanna do ctrl # (numbers) to cast some spells, rite. And sometimes we wanna cancel the animation of those spells in order to move cause we're about get critted by 8 warriors. The problem is that if we accidentally press CTRL+ESC, at least in some versions of windows, that combination minimizes the game and leaves you in a silver platter to your enemy.
