Normalize Light Weapon formula

The current formula for figuring out fullswing on Light weapons is (Equip Str x (1-Light %)) + Fullswing Str - Equip Str

Example 72% Light Battleaxe

(90 * (1-0.72)) + 169 - 90

 26 + 169 - 90

105 For Full Swing on a light 72 BA

Due to the inconsistency with the gap between Fullswing and equip str it makes it so some weapons benefit much more then others

As you can see some weapons benefit much more then others. GiS and Sabre getting the most benefit while axe and BH get the worst. a Light 72 BBH's full swing will be less then  BA and BH
