Improve Freya's help

My suggestion is to improve the Freya's help (ctrl+h) for new players.

For example:

Creating new char:
- In the Beginner Zone shows the cities power balance, so new players con choose better which nation join.

Getting first Talent:

- Freya come up explaining the Talents System, and if possible, a Link to oficial HB-Olympia yt channel which gives a overview of Talents and combination

Getting first stated item:

- Freya come up and explain about Enchany System, and also a link to HBO yt channel with a video of it.

Reaching level that Unlock maps.

- Freya inform that a new map has unlocked, like when hit lvl 20, says that Gardens are open to them, 50 = DC, 90 = D4, 110 = ML/IB, 130 = toh2, 140 = toh3...

Leveling:
- When hit level 20, inform player too get a party and go to Garden

- When hit lvl 50, inform player to get a mass DV Party to help their leveling

The idea, its to make Freya really usefull and helpfull for NEW players that join HBOlympia.
