New rare axe weapon: Gimli's axe (you have my axe)

Axe talent is the only one warrior talent that doesn't have a true rare weapon that is not part of a group (i.e. blood axe, xelima axe and kloness axe). So i present to you my new idea: Gimli's axe.

This new weapon is meant for the strong and brave. It would requiere 200 str as dwarfs were powerful with their hands. It would also have a high base damage (28) and a special ability: When dealing cleave damage, instead of dealing 66% to the 2 closest enemies it would deal 75% of the damage. Also, when dealing criticals hits it would deal 75% of the damage to 3 additional nearby enemies (similar to fencing). 

This weapon is meant to deal with big amounts of mobs ("that still only counts as one") and in PvP it can interrupt thanks to the additional damage dealt when using critical.
