Free Change Talent If Previously Purchased: 1 Week Cooldown

Option to free change talent if you previously purchased that talent with a 1 Week Cooldown.

In other words, if you are playing Long Sword & Xelima, you can change to Fire Xelima only if you were Fire previously.

You can only change one talent per weak due to the cooldown.

This can help not having to create lots of chars and can play with one single char swapping talents for example from War to Mage.
