Anti-spy mechanism for town / party chat

Basically disable chat the same way experience is disabled if you are idle.

Everyone knows that a mobile hotspot and a laptop is all you need to have a "clean" spy.

Yes, you can circumnavigate by mouse clicking (and / or macroing) . But you WILL stick out like a sore thumb , making it easier to catch the spy.

So sick of having 30 enemies waiting every time before a jump even takes place.
