Zemless map

If adding new maps is a possibility, maybe a zemless map would be interesting. It would be a good way to balance new players vs old, and to give some life to blacksmith/manufacture gear and also dark weapons.

Maybe cap the monsters tier level there to a not so high one, like ettins (with pits, not random) so old players rather stick to d4/toh3 since
they got the gear to be there comfortably, while offering a choice to the newer peeps.
