New cash shop item: Ghostlock

• Purchase price at cash shop: 1 coin. Also dropped by Abbadon and elementalist at a somewhat reasonable rate.
• The Sprite could be a bright white invi pot with a lock icon upon it 
• When you double click on the ghost lock and then click on any item, it will add the message "ghostlocked" to its description text and an item called "key: <item name>" will appear in your bag. You can remove the lock anytime by using the key onto the locked item.
• The ghost lock prevents the item from being:
  • sold to shop or blacksmith
  • mailed
  • dragged to the ground
  • given or exchanged to other users
  • disenchanted
• it doesn't prevent the item from being:
  • dropped upon death
  • enchanted
  • upgraded with stones
  • stored in wh
• When you use the corresponding key on a ghostlocked item it will disappear and you'll receive the ghostlock back.

The idea is to add a simple item to prevent accidents while giving some little income to Cleroth. You can also lock your items and mail the keys to yourself so that you don't have 50 slots in wh taken by keys only, and no one except you will be able to take advantage of the keys. Probably a lock break service should be added to cash shop just in case, for 3 coins.
