Rework Ressurection Wand (full support)

The basic idea would be to turn xelima stones upgrades in this wand into +ms (mana saving) and +healing spells.

Resu wand ms20
Resu wand ms20+1 = +1ms +2hp to healing spells 
Resu wand ms20+2 = +2ms +4hp to healing spells
....

from +1 to +6 they would have the same upgrade value (+1ms + 2hp to healing spells > stacking)
And on the +7 you would get +2ms +2hp to healing spells

Resu wand ms20+7 = Resu wand ms28 (+14hp to healing spells)
