Church rested experience slight increase

I think some people need to spend some time in church. Specially those who doesn't want to leave there house because of Covid.

Please increase the rested EXP. 

Less people blocking the entrance to the shop, blacksmith and warehouse. 

And ganking by the church will be easier.
