Dark Knight Items as Catalysts

Right now they are part for game that is completely useless and maybe with this idea we can bring them back to life. My idea is to give us an option in City Hall to purchase for BIG amount of Majestics and Contribution and maybe even EKs, Dark Knight Catalyst that will allow us to change it into same kind of item like cape catalyst does. All stats of that weapon of course will be gone, only "skin" of item will remain. After applying it on non-rare weapon it changes skin but not a colour, for example you can apply this skin on CC/CD wand so wand will have greenish colour but Dark Knight skin. You cannot apply it on ms22 wands.
