"Town Raid" - New Event

Got idea about new event that could be called "Town Raid".

Duration: Thirty five to Fifty minutes
Frequency: 1 – 2 Times during a week.

Event will take place in both towns at the same moment, during it both of them will be closed for opposite players and guards will be gone (despawned). The event will be divided into 4 phases, each of them will last a certain amount of time. Cities will be rewarded or punished after this event. Resurrection, Invisible potions and Zemstone of Rebirth doesn’t work in time of event. I don’t know what to think about Health and Mana tablets (Maybe as well). If you die you won’t drop any items from your equipment (Like in Capture the Relic). You will respawn in Church of your town during that event instead of revival zone. Option of command /mcount will be enabled.


Goal: Defeat Raid Boss spawned in each city in phase #4.
Reward: Buff that grants reduction of items activation by 5-10%. Drops from Raid Boss and spawned mobs.
Punishment: Increased damage taken by 2-4% from magic and physical damage.
I know reward and punishment are up for discussion.

Phase #1 – Preparation – Eight or fifteen minutes
In this phase guards will be despawned, all pits in towns also turned off, summon creature and summoning potion disabled, farming (placing plants on ground) and constructing won't work. During this phase in both cities appear Single Mana Stone (Blue One), they will be very important in phase 4, the spawn location must be fixed, my idea is to set them on locations (SM on picture) like on picture from below, later I will explain why. 5 minutes away from start of phase #2 on towns will be cast debuff lasting to end of phase #4, all regenerations (Health and Mana) -100%, even after you die you won’t lose that debuff. 2 Minutes away from end of phase #1 Damage over time will be set on in towns – you got 30 seconds to hide in building or you will die. In church there will be a new NPC (or few of them – copies of that NPC) that will grant you a Blessing (Lasting 25 minutes) which will protect you from debuff in town and Damage over Time. This option will be turned on with start of phase #3 and turned off with beginning of phase #4.
Phase #2 – Spawning Mobs – Two to Five Minutes
All waypoints in towns are disabled. Recall teleports you to altar(location also on picture - A). To prevent server from lagging of spawning of a lot of mobs in the same time they will appear on map randomly during whole phase #2. Amount of mobs to be set (Maybe the same as on Abaddon map or maybe more?). They will not take any damage during that phase and won’t move. All those mobs will be set from tier 3 (With Elite versions for those who got it) to tier 10 and few Wyverns. Also, In town appear Raid Leader – Dark Knight – Servant of Abaddon as last spawn (He spawns on 1 random spawn point from 5-6 locations that we can set - proposition also in picture). At the end of this phase every mob in town will be linked with him (like Chests in dungeon or tower of hell). Icon of knight location will be shown on city map.
Phase #3 –Raid – Twenty minutes
This phase is very simple, you have to kill all mobs from town to be able to deal damage to Dark Knight. If you don't manage to kill all the creatures in this phase, the city loses.

Phase #4 – Awakening – Five to Ten Minutes
We are now able to lend damage on Raid Boss. The fight with him will be divided into 4 parts.
100% Health – He starts to move around town and attacking everything he mets.
75% Health – He start to use spells listed below.
50% Health – He spawns elites (Werewolfs, Ettins, Trolls, Ogres, Cyclops – No Drops)
25% Health – He spawns 2 Wyverns, Fire and Ice (They have no drops – they are summoned)
10% Health – He cast on himself a Empowered Berserk Spell (50-100% Dmg and 10-20% Attack Speed)
Every 10% of this phase around Mana Stone appears mobs which deals damage to stone. With destroying stone it changes color to red and city loses. After killing Raid Boss Mana Stone changes colour to green and grant buff to everyone in that town.

Attack of Dark Knight: Ranged. He got area of effect damage of 9 squares (3x3). In the middle you get 100% of damage, around 25-50% of damage.
Spell list of Dark Knight: Hold Person, Protection from Magic, Tremor, Firewall (100-200% stronger than regular one), Chill Wind, Rage Berserk (Just for 10% Health – 1 time use only), Ice Storm, Armor Break (Breaks 2 times more Endurance than regular one).
Drops: I was thinking about drops and I think it should be very similar to drop of Elementalist, but we could change rares. For example Storm Bringer, Dark Elf Bow, Kloness or Berkserk Wand, maybe Necklace of Medusa. Up for discussion.
Model of Dark Knight: We could use model of knight on horse from Crusade as his model and recolor it.
Location of altar and Mana Stone should be opposite side of city.
Altar model: Same mode like in Infernia A or B that teleport us to Maze.
