Increase fencing shield skill to 100%, reduce shield PA/DR by 50%
With requests for a fencing shield buff, I think a fair compromise for fencers would be having 100% skill but 50% of the effect of the shield making it more consistent for fencers than 50% skill.
This would make fencing mage builds more viable.

Don't see it as fair, fencing need shield skill 100% (without PA /DR reduction), reduce it to 50% only while casting, even reduce it to 0% while casting would be better than now.
