Greed Shield

Similar to devlin but replace the mp recovery with exp:

Regular Greed Shield: 1% msiph, 10% exp
Superior Greed Shield: 2% msiph, 20% exp
Exceptional Greed Shield: 3% msiph, 30% exp

Can cast while equipped.

This will give mages on rebirth almost the same amount of exp pieces like wars with exp shields.
