More quests: McGaffin and Devlin

Remembering my past (quest npc: devlin- talk command)

"I still remember my first days as a young wizard, casting my first spells and creating magical items embedded with spiritual powers. My youth has abandoned me, indeed it has, but with your help I can still train my apprentices."

• Objective: bring 10 normal devlin shields, 10 rings of mage, 10 ms32 wands, 1 vortex gem
• Reward: 20 contribution, 1 exceptional devlin shield, 1 ring of grand mage, 1 kloness wand ms10

Not just a lumberjack (quest npc: mcgaffin- talk command)

"Hi ya! I ain't na fool aight? I ken still do ya some work with tha propa material. Just a good ole hammerin' here and there and me hands will create ya powerful items!"

• Objective: bring 5 blood axes, 5 blood swords, 5 xelima stones, 1 vortex gem
• Reward: 20 contribution, 1 kloness axe, 1 xelima axe, 1 sword of heavens

It would probably need some way of leaving the items gradually and a way of retrieving them, otherwise it would be a pain in the ass to have them all in bag. It's based on the idea someone gave before of changing common items for better ones.
