Rework Cure Spell

At this moment the magic Cure as it states in the wiki: "Cures the target of any poison."

But... it also cures fire ticks.

Rework it like:

- either Cure removes PD, Fire ticks, Freeze
- or just make it only remove PD.

seems like its not fair that removes fire ticks leaving freeze aside.
