  • Make SoH have 200 charges
  • Keep the 20 min cd as any activation

Cancel Wand:

  • Make Cancelation CAST have 20min cd.
  • Keep the 200 charges

Idea in principle is good as the meta could do with a change.

Others have suggested if you get cancelled you get a second of PFM protection
