Dedicated Guild Captains and Guildmasters Chat

Would be usefull in Events, where you can coordinate with captains and gms of each guild (that possibily they are on discord with their respective guildies) where, when and how to attack. Would replace the good old Yellow party chat spam "TP INSIDE MLM NOW".
