Incorporate City Hall Officer on BI

The Wharehouse Keeper was added, and its a perfect addition to Bleeding Island. As time goes by this has become a trading zone since people leave AFK characters with coins ready to buy anything (frags, shards, gear, weapons, xelima and merien stones, tokens, etc).

I bet i am not the only one going to the City Hall Officer, withdraw items from my mails, and go trade on BI and so on and so forth.

I keep stuff both in Wharehouse and also in mails sent to myself.

Is there any possibility to add City Hall Officer to the BI pad? with the function to extract coins thats within the account also?
