Share warehouse with same account/city chars

Title pretty much self explanatory. If not, well, just have another NPC like guild warehouse NPC, but you can share 10 slots with other chars that are in the same account, and the same city. Maybe you'd need to activate it at first, like slots: 5/10/15/20... 1c/2c/4c/8c...
