Christmas Event
Just for this day (could be 24th of December or 25th of December):

• Everyone wears SANTA COSTUME for 1 day. You CANT change sets or wear anything else than SANTA COSTUME.
• You can retrieve the Costume at CityHall
• Make it so the costume has some hp+mp base recovery %, like 70%.
  
• Make it so the costume has no mr-dr or pa-ma on it. Or if it does, just a small %.
• You can use tower shields and capes.
• You can equip all activations of course, beholder neck, merien shields, xelima, ice and medusa weapons.

I am not sure if it will be easy to apply or code.

This event its intended to try to level-out the playfield for everyone just for one day. (I know its quite not there since geared players might have a ma40 cape and others wont, same thing with necks) but it might bring back the fun and thrill of those "first days" of a fresh server since everyone will have almost the same gear. (fuck even capes can be restricted to use too, fuck sp capes, cast that great stamina recov, fuck that ma40/hp100 cape, etc etc.)
