New items that can be fished:
Fish tier 1 : can be sold for 250gold
Fish tier 2 : can be sold for 1000gold

Fish tier 3 : can be sold for 5000gold

Fish tier 4 : can be sold for 25000gold

Depending on where you fish you get different items droppable

It’s basically bringing Statted Boots in the game, but you can only get them by fishing and hope you get lucky one day. Statted boot should have reduced status cap and no PA/PA obviously. Maybe 39 as cap for dr/hp/mp/mr?

Statted can only be fished in risky areas.
