Easy implementation of balance idea

There is 24hrs a day, and aresden numbers are always much higher for about 20hrs
Server time 04.00 to 16.00 is mass aresden at 3.5 :1 ratio
Server time 20.01 to  03.59 is mass aresden at 2 : 1 ratio
Server time 16.01 to 20.00 is mass elvine at 2 : 1 ratio
Correct me if i'm wrong.

I think by allowing Elvines to get Medusa Sword and Devas at almost half the price could help out in some imbalanced.
Items are bounded to collector of item.
Medusa Sword : 150 tokens
Devas : 130 tokens
