Tank talent balance

This idea is mostly not to make the talent itself stronger but useful.

Idea 1 - Return a % of the damage received
This can be achieved in a passive way as part of the talent OR with a new spell "Thorns" which can be part as the Tank talent and will give the target a 60s buff that return a % of the damage taken (buff like pfm, amp, etc, so if you have thorns you cant have amp).

Idea 2 - Protect other players
In many games the tank takes damage instead of other player that he wants to protect, so this can be done again by a new Tank spell, "Life link" or something, where the target player will get 30% reduced damage taken and the tank/caster will get the damage instead. Specially good for team work!
