New Vortex Use

I think it's time to put the vortex to a new use. I had thought of something like all items can now be upgraded with a vortex in addition to the one they already have. Could only be upgraded once more and at a very low  like 5%, if fail you lost the vortex.
Given this change, a new socket could also be added to the weapons/wands to compensate.

Bonus:
+2 stats main. ex: if you have a tactica gem7(4%) now you gain+2% (6%)

Ahora en español para explicar mejor el concepto.
La idea es darle una vida nueva a las vortex ya que no paran de bajar de precio y llegara un punto que se queden inutiles.
Se podria crear un sistema que te deje upgradear con una vortex tu equipo ( ya vortex) con un % muy bajo de acierto como un 5% y que al fallar pierdas tu vortex.
Al upgradear tu equipo obtendrias +2 de bonus de la stone que tenga ya tu armadura. Ejemplo tienes una piedra tactical gem 7 que da 4% en tu armadura, te añada+2 quedando (6%).
Un plus tambien seria añadirle un nuevo color en sintonia con el server nada muy llamativo pero que destaque algo.
Dado este sistema habria que compensar las armas/wand añadiendole tambien un socket, ya que la gente tendria set mas fuertes.
