Muted players

Muted players should not be able to talk in global, town, or party chat because they are usually toxic idiots.

But part of the game requires you to be able to type 00000000 or 999999999 in party chat to communicate amp or cancel.

Also for trade and depend  how use player wishper (just for trade purpose) and never blame enemy or be disrespect


All cases are different in my case i was disrespectfull and spammer with east player in grease and red chat calling they chinese 

and they was from korea or malasyia . 

So i never use wishper or blue chat or yellow chat for be totally idiot or racism .

Please allow muted players to type either 0s or 9s only into party chat, so they can raid in team and be usefull
