Remove MA Capes
Remove MA Capes and readjust MA formula to account for one less item with MA.
Ideally, this should not affect total MA reduction but not allow players to sit in full-hero set with substantial MA protection.
There are enchantable MA capes and MA shields but no PA solutions. This offers an overbalance of protection against magic, relative to physical damage.
I think maybe nerf the MA or remove it entirely when wearing full hero.
