STRESS/TIREDNESS BAR - create one or Rework Stamina

Avatar
I have created some scenarios that might be better thought of. That's why it's a forum.
You can speak and give your opinion so that it can be improved.
I know we're in a fantasy game, but we try to copy aspects of real life.

There should be a stress/fatigue bar in the game. This would balance many talents that currently
exist and in addition - the monsters would become more intelligent.

Important Rules:
a) STR will be directly linked to the stress bar. The more STR I have, the higher the Stress bar
will be. It will take longer for someone with more strength to get tired.
b) The greater the damage received/dealt - the more the stress bar will fill. Excess: poison damage
would not count. Many complain about poison in the game - I believe this would balance talent more.

How to lose stress: eating something (depending on the food it could make you 0% stressed), receiving
magic (heals). Staying completely still would also regenerate stress. You cannot receive or cause damage.
I would have to rest to reduce stress again.

The stress bar would work in two ways:

a) Hitting something (enemy, friendly, or monster);
b) Receiving damage (from enemy, friendly or monster).

While you are playing your character is receiving or dealing damage. This would fill your, the enemy's
and the monster's stress bar. When it was full (100% or close to it) - then we could apply penalties.

Examples of penalties:

a) Stay 2 seconds without taking damage (from enemy, friendly or monster);
b) Reduce full swing;
c) Not being able to run;
d) Failing to cast magic / not being able to cast magic;

Player Vs Monster - How it would work

Monster Perspective: Monsters would also have this bar.
If we are hitting the monster, then when this bar reaches a critical level, then it would start to escape
from the location so as not to fill the entire bar and consequently become an easy target for death. When
the bar was full, then he would be tired and would not be able to run, much less deal damage.

Player perspective. The monster will wear you down and fill your Stress bar. When it is full then you will
be unable to hit the monster in any way. You are exhausted to carry out any activity.

Player Vs Player - How it would work

It would work in a similar way. Both players with their stress bars. While they are fighting it is filling up.
At some point one of them will fill up. He will have to use magic or food to alleviate stress so as not to
become easy prey.

The wizard requires less strength in the game than a War - he would have the benefit of spells that reduce stress.

In a mage x mage fight - we would have a new factor to worry about besides time. Today a wizard waits for absolute
magic protection to end before trying to kill the other wizard. He would have to pay attention to his stress as he
could fail to cast and this could cost his life.

In a war vs war fight - the warrior with less strength has several benefits of protection (tower shields/merien
shields) and damage (poison), speed of damage (ss). War with more strength would cause more stress on the player
with less strength as its damage would be greater.

Mage x war fight - both should worry about stress levels because this full bar - would turn them into easy targets.
Mages would have smaller bars due to less strength, in compensation they would have magic that could eliminate stress.
