Buff BSW Shop Sell Price

Blacksmith offers 50 gold for a BSW Manual. A Mana Pot sells for 75 gold.

Could we buff the BSW Manual up a bit? Maybe make it so it sells at same price as Haste or even better as its more rare. Ty
