Everyone on mini map without party (to avoid drop and exp stealing)

What if everyone its shown on minimap without the need of being in a party? that way you could avoid pleople stealing bag drops just by passing through your screen and still see pings and allies.

In events or elementalist you just join a mass party to share drops.
