Upgrade from superior to exceptional
That's an idea cleroth posted on discord, but I'm reposting here so he can remember :d
a gem with vortex drop rarity that upgrade Superior weapons to exceptional.
alternatively could be a feature for manufacture.
There's a lot of people with Crit 15 CD superior weapons frothing at this idea XD
