Increase mid tier drop rate.

Currently killing thousands of mid tier monsters (ettins, giant tree, Ogre, Mountain Giant) with no decent normal drops or decent/useful epic drops.

Slaying 2500 Ogres to yield only 1 Merien Stone and no zems or useful weaps or armors even for recycling is pretty abysmal especially for new player. I am a new player and find this server to be extremely difficult.
