Increase low tier pit spawn counts.

I've noticed my last couple of chars have started wiping the farm and noob dungeon pits to exhaustion. I honestly feel it would be a great gameplay move to increase these pit spawns by a few % points. It would also help on raid days when you're basically stuck on the farm until you can compete.
