New system of New ranks

Based on poseidon tool, where we can check weekly and monthly eks. 

The rank would be awarded top1,2,3...10 eks of the week (changed every week) and top1,2,3...10 eks of the month (changed every month).

The rank is valid for a month or a week, unless we get a place in the top 10 again
