Add an option in CH to pay to the handsome plumpy gentleman some gold and majestics in order to reduce 20 lvls from lvl 140.

The RB maintains the same.

By adding this option chars can go to PVP in PL in lvl 120.

Once you are done raiding PL, pay the handsome plumpy gentleman some more gold and majestics or even eks, and you are back in lvl 140.

It is important to understand that RB is not affected, only the lvls and this can only be purchased if you are already lvl 140.
