SoH/Cancel Wand Rework
SoH - make it works simillar to charge wand's 20 charge's per sword. It is far too easy to get these weapons that give such benefits.Currently, the price of these weapons is disproportionate to the benefits they give.
Cancel Wand - make 50 charges (down from 200) - atm way too many cancels, also way to easy to get.
SoH cooldown is 15-20 min, you cant use xelima weapon or merien shield after used, cancel got his own cooldown of 1 min apart of merien shield cooldown... Probally a nerf from 200 to 150 charges would be good and decreasing a bit his price to help that every mage can afford 1 cancel wand and use it correctly.
