Fast RB10 for new chars
What about some high multiplier to rb10 for new players?. A lot of people dont join oly because its hard to catch old players... could be a nice improvement to that people. Good too for old players to test new builds in another char.
What do you guys think ?
I'd say no. Make the XP penalty less for RB0 -> RB10.
If anything new players need more help to get Full Hero and basic sets vs RB10.
