New mechanic: Clearcasting

New mechanic to couple with a talent or item:

-Walk 8 conescutive tiles to fill up a magic meter

-When meter is full grants you "clearcasting" for 5 seconds that allows your next spell to do 30% damage through the enemy's AMP and PFM.
