Make is Easier and Safer to sell EKs/Contribs/Maj

Allow players to convert Guild requirements (i.e., EKs, Maj, Contribs) to scrolls which they can then sell. 

Double-clicking a scroll automatically donates the indicated value to a character's current guild.

HOW:

1. Add new items to the Guild Hall purchase menu as follows (or in any other practical quantities):

• "Buy Guild Donation Scroll - 50 EKs"
• "Buy Guild Donation Scroll - 500 Contribution Points"
• "Buy Guild Donation Scroll - 1000 Majestic Points"

2. When a Player buys a scroll, the equivalant amount of EKs/Contribs/Maj are deducted from their char.

3. Scrolls can be bought/sold among players like any other item. 

4. When a scroll is double-clicked, the donation is made to the character's current guild. If the char is not in a guild, the double-click does nothing.

BENEFITS:

• Players can sell to other Guilds without having to leave their own guild and later re-join it.
• Players can sell anywhere (e.g., Bleeding Island) instead of having to meet at Guild Hall.
• Guilds can buy without giving "outsiders" access to their Guild data (if only temporarily). 
• Transactions can be done in the Trade window instead of "on trust".
• Reduces mistakes, as Players won't accidentally donate the wrong thing (yes, this happens) with the conflicts that ensue.
• Any Player can buy requirements for the guild instead of just the Captains.
• Players can buy requirements for the guild and get credit for it in the "Donations" totals, instead of it showing up as a random non-member.
• Donation History will be cleaner with reduced random non-members and [DELETED] entries.
• Players with multiple characters can have ALL of their Donations show up on the Guild brag board and Donations History as a single total (i.e., all donated by a single Char) instead of split up among the various toons.
  
• The process is more transparent to new Players.
