Guilds partnering / aliances

I believe there should be a guild partnership system. Guilds could link. 

So there should be a special character that create a chat box between them.

That would be a way of alliance between the guilds.

It avoid creating big guilds in fact big alliances would be formed instead of big guilds. Each guild would have its own particularity.

For example, there is a guild that wants our members to migrate to it. But if a system of alliances is created, it will not be necessary for all of us to have to join this guild.
