Mod: Quick Chat Switch

Simple mod to switch chat channels with the mouse wheel.

When you open the text input bar and move the wheel up or down, 

you would switch chat channels, 

and goodbye to having to enter symbols all the time.

In the middle of a fight, entering symbols can complicate things.

*To avoid conflicts with windows, the selection should be applied.
  Simply by touching the window where we want to use the mouse wheel
